Associate Professor Enoch Oluwatomiwo Oladunmoye is a scholar in psychometrics, psychological assessment, quantitative research methods, behavioural health and digital health innovation. He is based in the Department of Applied Psychology at Kampala International University, Uganda, where he contributes to academic and research leadership. He holds a PhD in Assessment and Testing from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and has more than a decade of academic, research and applied experience.
His work spans psychological measurement, research methodology, behavioural health, and technology-enabled research and health systems. His broader vision for Horizon Academic Press is to contribute to a rigorous, transparent and accessible scholarly publishing ecosystem that connects researchers and knowledge communities across geographical and institutional boundaries.

Dr Stella Kemuma Nyagwencha is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychology at the United States International University-Africa (USIU-Africa) in Nairobi, Kenya. Her academic and professional work encompasses clinical psychology, mental-health service delivery, clinical training, research supervision and community mental-health engagement, with an emphasis on culturally responsive psychological practice and the integration of mental health within broader health and community contexts.
As Editor-in-Chief of the Horizon Journal of Psychology, she provides scholarly and editorial leadership for the press's inaugural journal.
